Is smartphone market reach maturity?

Smartphone market researches recorded that the people intent to buy a new smartphone has  imminence drop down which is only 7% from last year.

According to the Accenture Report, the days of huge growth in the smartphone market appear to be over. Overall only 48% of consumers(from 28,000 consumers) plan to buy a new phone this year.(2016) . Also Accenture recorded the drop down rate is 6% compare to last year and 9% compare with year 2014.
